Thanks for checking on your order!
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm. Your order is normally dispatched the day before your preferred delivery date but in some cases 2-5 days before depending on the location. 

Some uni's or student halls ask us to deliver all packages on a particular day/time. This is so hall staff can place your box/es in your room so its ready for you on arrival. We cannot provide tracking information for this. However, you will receive an email from us letting you know your order is part of a consolidated delivery and what day its expected to be delivered.

If you havent received any tracking information or emails (please check your junk/spam folders) please get in touch and we can let you know the status of your order. If you have arrived and your parcel isn't in your room, please check with your reception desk or postroom, as many of the student halls we work with keep UniKitOut parcels safe and sound, ready for you to collect on arrival.
