We recommend you order as soon as possible as our kits become very popular around arrivals week! For your peace of mind, you can pre-order everything now and select a delivery date in the future to ensure your kit is ready and waiting for you on arrival. 🚀

Query: When should I place my order?

Our deliveries are usually made between 8am - 7pm. You can also track your delivery via our delivery partner's live tracking system; just enter your tracking number on their tracking page to see your parcels whereabouts. 🚚

Since a bunch of orders are usually planned ahead of time, you won't usually get your tracking details until the morning of the delivery. Just a friendly reminder to give your junk & spam folders a check if you're not spotting anything.

If you have arrived and your parcel isn't in your room, please check with your reception desk or postroom, as many of our partners keep UniKitOut parcels safe and sound, ready for you to collect on arrival.

Query: How do I change my delivery date?

Arriving at a weekend? No worries! Just pick the Friday before arrival as your go-to delivery date to ensure your kit will be waiting for you. 

All of our packages are sent on a signed for service, if you're staying at one of our partners accommodations, they'll sign on your behalf then keep your parcel safe and sound. When you arrive it's likely to be waiting either in your room, at the front reception desk or tucked away safely in a postroom. 📦
