At UniKitOut, we make it our priority to make sure your transition into university life is an easy one, and although it's not all smooth sailing, our ordering process is.
In the event that you need to change or add an item to your order please get in touch as quickly as you can as the closer we creep to your delivery date, the harder it gets to successfully amend your order and guarantee delivery by your chosen date 📆 If adding an item is going to affect the delivery schedule we would recommend placing a brand new sparkling order for that item. ✨
Top tip 💡 If you want to change your order or add an item, we recommend contacting us at least 3 days before your kit is due to be delivered. This gives us time to locate your order in our system and alert our UniKitOut fairies 🧚 who are busy picking and packing the goodies.
