Can I get my Kit delivered straight to my hall?Updated 8 months ago

While a lot of students (who live in the UK) choose to have their kit 📦  delivered straight to their homes, the majority of students ask us to deliver direct to their University hall or student accommodation.  

Items being delivered to University halls or student accommodation will be delivered to either a post room, accommodation office or a building concierge. We use a reputable delivery company who will attempt to deliver at the most convenient and accessible location. They will not leave the parcels without a signature, so if no one is around to accept the parcel they will not deliver it. The parcel will be returned to the local delivery depot and delivery will be attempted again the following day.

UniKitOut work in partnership with over 300 University/student hall providers. All partners of UniKitOut will accept UniKitOut parcels on your behalf. You can see a list of our partners here:  Partners page

If your University or student hall is not listed we do recommend you contact them before placing your order just to make sure the staff at reception will accept your package on your behalf. In most cases we can deliver your order on the day you arrive, but you must first arrange this with your university accommodation to ensure they can receive the box. If they do not offer this service, your box may be refused and returned to the local depot to wait for further instruction.
