Our deliveries are usually made between 8am - 7pm. You can also track your delivery via our delivery partner's live tracking system Track my parcel just enter your tracking number on their tracking page to see your parcels whereabouts. 🚚
Since a bunch of orders are usually planned ahead of time, you won't usually get your tracking details until the morning of the delivery. Just a friendly reminder to give your junk & spam folders a check if you're not spotting anything.
Top tip 💡 Speak with your reception/security team on arrival so they can safely locate your box. Depending on your accommodations' storage it'll probably be in a locked cupboard or classroom. You may even find your box 📦 waiting for you in your bedroom 🛏 You'll still have to make your own bed though! 🤓
🚨 Please note that once the parcel has left our warehouse, the delivery is in the hands of our courier and we can no longer alter the delivery time or date.
🚨 Please note parcels being delivered to Republic of Ireland will be sent via UPS so tracking will be emailed from UPS.
