At UniKitOut, we make it our priority to make sure your transition into university life is an easy one, and although it's not all smooth sailing, our delivery certainly is.
In the event that you need to change your delivery date please get in touch as quickly as you can as the closer we creep to your orginal delivery date, the harder it gets to successfully amend the date and guarantee your new date 📆
Top tip 💡 If you want to change your delivery date, we recommend contacting us at least 3 days before your kit is due to be delivered. This gives us time to locate your order in our system and alert our UniKitOut fairies 🧚 who are busy picking and packing the goodies.
🚨 Please note, we may not be able to amend delivery dates on orders being sent to Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands.
