Firstly, double check you have received the correct amount of parcels.

Orders with multiple items (like complete kits) will normally be packed into 2 boxes.

Our warehouse team mark the boxes clearly using black pen with a numbering system such as "Box 1/2" or "Box 2/2" to indicate how many parcels are included in your delivery.

If you are missing a box you can:

✅ Check at reception for your other box.
✅ Check your tracking email from the courier to see where the other box is. 

If you are still missing items or cant find your other box please contact us at [email protected] 

When contacting us, be sure to include:
✅ Your order number
✅  A brief description of the missing items
