My order hasn't arrived what should I do?Updated a year ago

Our deliveries are usually made between 8am - 7pm 🚚  so if your order is due today it's likely to be on its way to you. You can also track your delivery via our delivery partner's live tracking system https://track.dpdlocal.co.uk/ just enter your tracking number on their tracking page to see your parcels whereabouts. 🚚 Since a bunch of orders are usually planned ahead of time, you won't usually get your tracking details until the morning of the delivery. 

We tend to send tracking information on the morning of dispatch. Just a friendly reminder to give your junk & spam folders a check if you're not spotting anything. 

When you arrive, please check with reception or security as this is where the driver would have delivered the parcel. If your parcel isn't waiting for you in your room it's likely to be in a nearby storage room or Post room ready for you to collect on arrival ✨ Be sure to mention its a UniKitOut order as most accommodations won't accept parcels pre-arrival BUT will accept our parcels on your behalf.

💡 Top tip. if you've arrived out of hours and University staff cannot locate your parcel, please speak to your Reception desk or Security team. We always ask our University Partners to keep a number of emergency bedding packs in stock for instances like these.

🚨 Please note parcels being delivered to Republic of Ireland will be sent via UPS so tracking will be emailed from UPS.
