We even offer a 30 day return window as we know that 2 weeks is often not enough!

(Extenuating circumstances are taken into account if claim is recorded after 30 day return window)

Items that are unused/unopened can be returned via your local post office using the 👉 Returns Form 👈

Alternatively, we can arrange a collection via DPD which costs £10.

Don't forget to pop the 👉 Returns Form 👈 in the box.

Once the items have been received in our warehouse a refund will be processed.
 🙋 Just a heads up, refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account (depending on your bank) and will be processed back to your original payment method.
If you used a debit card, you should see the money in your bank account within 5-10 working days. This can take a little longer for credit cards, and you should see your money return within 7-10 working days.
PayPal is usually quicker and can take up to 2-10 working days.
If payment was made using Alipay & WeChatPay, we may need to request a UK bank account so the funds can be transferred directly. This transaction should take approximately 24 hours.
🚨 Please note. £10 will be deducted from the total refund if a DPD collection is arranged. DPD collections are booked only after the customer has agreed to the collection charge.

🚨 Please note. We are unable to offer a collection service from the Republic of Ireland.
