We will refund you 100% of the price as long as the items have been unused (taking them out of the Box to inspect them is obviously fine!). We even offer a 30 day return window as we know that 2 weeks is often not enough!(Extenuating circumstances are taken into account if claim is recorded after 30 day return window) <ul><li style="font-family: Inter;">&#xA0;&#x1F64B; Just a heads up, refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account (depending on your bank) and will be processed back to your original payment method.</li><li style="font-family: Inter;">If you used a debit card, you should see the money in your bank account within 5-10 working days. This can take a little longer for credit cards, and you should see your money return within 7-10 working days.</li><li style="font-family: Inter;">PayPal is usually quicker and can take up to 2-10 working days.</li><li style="font-family: Inter;">If payment was made using Alipay &amp; WeChatPay, we may need to request a UK bank account so the funds can be transferred directly. This transaction should take approximately 24 hours.</li></ul>&#x1F6A8; Please note. &#xA3;10 will be deducted from the total refund if a DPD collection is arranged. DPD collections are booked only after the customer has agreed to the collection charge.
