Will my parcel be in my room when I arrive?Updated a year ago

If your parcel is being delivered via a courier service it will be delivered to your reception or post room. Some of our partners will ask us to organise a consolidated delivery so all parcels are delivered on the same day at the same time. These parcels are more likely to be put in to bedrooms by staff.

Top tip 💡 Speak with your reception/security team on arrival so they can safely locate your box. Depending on your accommodations' storage it'll probably be in a locked cupboard or classroom. You may even find your box 📦 waiting for you in your bedroom 🛏 You'll still have to make your own bed though! 🤓
